General Conditions

First

The rental agreement is for the rental of holiday accommodation.

Second

For maximum peace of mind, the rental of the property will be regulated by a simple contract and which we will send to you by email, fax or certified post, whichever method you prefer, the day after we receive your deposit.

Third

All of our properties will be kept in a clean, comfortable and habitable state. They are fully equipped with kitchen equipment, quality furniture, crockery and cutlery,etc.

Fourth

Payment for the accommodation will be made as follows:

• 30% Reserve deposit via bank transfer. The date the money is received into our account will be the date of the contract. The contract itself can be used as receipt of payment.
• 70% Balance in cash, on arrival at the property, on the first day of rental, once you have checked that everything is to your satisfaction in line with how the property has been described.

The price also includes bed linen and towels for person and week.

Fifth

We will meet you personally on arrival.

Sixth

Should you so wish, we can provide you with a number of extra services ( additional cleanning services, such as pickup from the airport, vehicle hire, baby sitting, etc) and in general are here to help you should you require it during your stay, so please do not hesitate to contact us should you need it, and we will be happy to help.

Seventh

We would appreciate that the property be kept in the state of cleanliness in which you find it on your arrival. No animals are permitted.

Eighth

Please take good care of the kitchen equipment and other equipment in the property ( TV, etc) both in terms of their use and in terms of any products you might use that are associated with their use or conservation.

Ninth

The accommodation is offered for the time period agreed. We would ask you to please inform us 2 – 3 days before your departure the date / time you plan to vacate the property. This helps us greatly with our administration.

The most important condition is that you enjoy your stay to the full!
