La Axarquia is the Eastern Costa del Sol. It is the great unknown. La Axarquia offers the visitor much more than you can imagine. The annual temperature average is 18,2ºC, and there are no great differences between winter an summer, reaching the subtropical nuance. That is why the area has being named as the one with “the best climate of Europe”. The temperature during the summer is around 19ºC and 30ºC, and the average is 26ºC. There are 2980 sunny hours per year and the annual rain average is 532 l/m2.

From beyond Nerja to La Cala del Moral, in just 1,000 Km2., the Axarquia region is place full of contrasts:
