The urbanisation of private villas and terraced houses spread themselves across a hill facing the Mediterranean sea.

The apartment is being built in 2004. Its great attractions are its magnificent sea views, the sierra and the mountains, its direct access into the gardens and the proximity of the pool.

The annual temperature average is 18,2ºC, and there are no great differences between winter an summer, reaching the subtropical nuance. That is why the area has being named as the one with “the best climate of Europe”. The average of temperature during the summer is around 19ºC and 30ºC. It is situated on the other Costa del Sol, less known, which is becoming popular, more authentic, unspoilt, natural, with more contrasts and without a doubt, more surprising.

The beach of Benajarafe is 600m from the apartment.

The apartment is 3.5 km from the motorway A – 7. It is situated at an equidistant to Málaga only 30 mins away, the airport at 50 mins, Marbella 50 mins, Nerja, 15 mins Granada 1hr 15 mins, Córdoba in 1hr 30 mins , Seville 2 hrs away… The road connections are excellent allowing ease to get from one place to another. The local hospital, ´Hospital Comarcal´ is only 13 mins away. There are two Shopping Malls 10 to 15 mins away.

Benajarafe promenade is being built in 2004.

The local food adapts to all tastes and budgets. The proximity of the most important fishing village of Málaga, Caleta de Vélez is 10 km away, only moments from the apartment where you can enjoy a large variety of fish and fresh shellfish at a very reasonable price. The auction of fish at the harbour every afternoon except during official holidays is a worthwhile experience.

The marina adjacent to the fishing harbour offers an array of boats and yatchs of every dimension and style.

Along the whole coast underwater fishing or fishing can be enjoyed by all.

The urbanisation lies with its back to the green sierras of the Axarquía region, dotted with cottages, hamlets and white washed villages, away from the common tourist routes, which capture the authentic flavour and colour of Andalucia. You have the option of enjoy golf, trekking, mountain biking and any other past time that take your fancy.
